What I'm Reading

Since I'm out of school, I've started working on reading the backlog of books on my nightstand. I also needed a bit of a break from the projects I have been doing, although I am still working on getting the garden ready now that it is warmer. Here are a few of the books:


  1. I started the book ONE THOUSAND GIFTS this weekend. It may take me a while to finish. It really provides a lot to think about and is based on one of life's greatest truths : It is important to be content with what you have and to enjoy it to the fullest. I am sure there is much more to come. Believe it or not, all of those simple lessons have to be learned and relearned, even as we reach old age, and they bear repeating. She is a great writer, so full of passion for being the best she can be.
