Ashley of Under the Sycamore posted about Craft Hope this morning, and I love this idea! If you like to make stuff and you like to help people, check out their website. Ashley's post also includes helpful links to tutorials for the project. The current project is making hats or bags for children who are pediatric oncology patients. These projects are low cost, especially if you have a stash of fabric or yarn already. This would also be a great project to do with older children, either your own or in a group setting. What a wonderful opportunity to teach children how to serve and help others--and have a little fun in the process!
