In August, my daughter turned 16, right before school started. She ended up celebrating with friends on a couple of different days to fit schedules and to have smaller groups to make it easier to visit with the friends. And family, with my dad's birthday a day apart from hers.

She finished her last driving school drive on her birthday and then took the test--and passed! She got to drive herself to school the next day.
At the end of the month we celebrated Grace and Shannon's birthday with Shannon's side of the family. We had a great visit and I didn't really get many pictures, or at least not any good ones that people would want posted on the internet!
